Refund policy

 A 14-day exchange policy from the day of reception.

Eligible for an exchange, your item must be

  • in the same condition (unworn/unused)
  • with tags
  • in its original packaging.

Refunds

Please inspect the items upon reception and refuse to receive it all if one of them is:

  • damaged,
  • wrong size or
  • wrong item

As after receiving the item, you can only exchange it with the same amount or higher. (NO refund possible).

Exchange Fees

Shipping fees apply in any case of exchange, except defected items.
